The body is built according to a design. The design dictates how it should be used. The way it's used informs how it should be maintained and restored to full capacity.
You don't need a degree in health sciences to understand how to keep the body in an optimum state. All you need is an internet connection and, more importantly, keen self-awareness.
I'll show you where to get the information you need on the internet to understand how the body works in a practical sense -- and once the PATH² booklet and book are released the information will literally be at your fingertips.
In the mean time, continue to develop your self awareness. Awareness of yourself and your environment is by far the most valuable tool you have to create the life you want. Developing it is easiest to do in the body with an activity like dance lessons, rock climbing, or yoga. Once you understand what awareness means in a bodily sense, then you can transfer those skills to the mind. And if life is a game it's won or lost in the mind.
